Explore the largest selection of header trailers on the European market. 4 different basic models are currently available: 1-axle, 2-axle, 4-wheel-turn and tandem trailers. Each model is available in different lengths, options and versions – custom-fit to the respective header being transported.

ZIEGLER trailers contain so-called V-interlockings as standard and guarantee an easier drop-off of the header with 300 mm more space and stable interlocking with simple quick connections. Supports and interlocks are galvanized in order to protect against corrosion. The service life of our trolleys is an important concern to us. Easy and exact adjustments of the supports to each cutting system within shortest time is also our claim. Additionally, the central pipe of each trailer can be painted in the corresponding colour of your harvester without additional charge. All ZIEGLER trailers are equipped with the mandatory lightings as well as wheel chocks as standard. Overrun brakes are standard except for 1-axle and tandem models. The foldable light carrier avoids damage during the cutting system’s drop-off and pick-up. Our trailers are equipped with 10/75-15.3 tyres (14 PR) as standard. TÜV data sheets can be provided on demand.

The ZIEGLER 4WT’s heart is the steering knuckle solution which guarantees a higher stability during corning and a perfect trailing condition. In addition, there is no risk of collision between wheels and cutting system. The trailer characterizes itself with a high load capacity and enables the transport of large and heavy harvesting attachments. It is suitable for transport of harvesting attachments with work widths of up to max. 12.5 m and grants a permissible total weight of 6 or 7.2 tons. Due to the freely movable supports this model can be adjusted to every current cutting system and to every current harvester.
