Der CORN CHAMPION EVOLUTION GEN. II von ZIEGLER ist eine robuster und zuverlässiger Maispflücker, der mit vielen Features aufwarten kann und durch sein Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überzeugt. Erntegeschwindigkeiten bis zu 12 km/h sind kein Problem. Die Maschine ist als Fünfreiher bis hin zum Zwölfreiher lieferbar. Wahlweise mit 70 cm oder 75 cm Reihenabstand. Standardmäßig mit dem neuen Professional-Drive ausgestattet. Dieser sorgt für eine höhere Laufruhe des CORN CHAMPION, die Antriebskraft des Mähdreschers wird ohne merkliche Verluste direkt an die Aggregate der Maispflückers weitergeleitet. Dies reduziert den Materialverschleiß enorm und verlängert die Lebensdauer der Maschine. Die Wartung des Professional-Drive ist einfach und unkompliziert.

Jede Pflückerreihe hat nun eine eigene Überlastkupplung und ist so gegen Schäden geschützt. Blockiert eine Pflückerreihe, greift sofort die Überlastungskupplung und die anderen Reihen arbeiten weiter: Schäden an anderen Pflückerreihen und am Hauptantrieb werden so vermieden. Zudem ist nun bei jeder Pflückerreihe das gleiche Überlastdrehmoment eingestellt, um mehr Sicherheit zu gewährleisten und die Lebensdauer der Maschine zu verlängern. Final wurden noch die Kettenspanner optimiert und sind nun besser vor äußeren Einflüssen geschützt.

The CORN CHAMPION EVOLUTION GEN. II from ZIEGLER is a robust and reliable corn header that has many features and convinces with its price-performance ratio. Harvesting speeds of up to 12 km/h are no problem. The machine is available from a five-row up to a twelve-row. Optionally with 70 cm or 75 cm row distance. Equipped with the new Professional Drive as standard. This ensures that the CORN CHAMPION runs more smoothly, the drive power of the combine harvester is transmitted directly to the aggregates of the corn header without noticeable losses. This reduces material wear enormously and extends the service life of the machine. Servicing the Professional-Drive is easy and uncomplicated.

Each picking row has its own overload clutch and is thus protected against damage. If a picking unit blocks, the overload clutch engages immediately and the other rows continue to work: this prevents damage to other rows and the main drive. In addition, the same overload torque is now set for each row of headers to ensure greater safety and extend the service life of the machine. Finally, the chain tensioners were optimized and are now better protected against external influences.
